ROTOMART SHIPPING POLICY

1.  Order acknowledgments will be available immediately on the website if the item is in  
      in stock. Otherwise, acknowledgement with the order statu and estimated delivery will
      be send within 24 hours.
2.  A physical address is necessary for delivery. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
3.  Orders for in stock items will be filled and shipped within 48 hours.
4.  All orders will be shipped FOB the plant in Cedarburg, Wisconsin, USA:
     o  Regular North American orders will be shipped either Prepaid Add or Collect (if  
        customer supplies its UPS number) utilizing UPS Ground.
     o  Expedited or Rush orders will be shipped either Prepaid Add or Collect (if customer
        provides its UPS number) utilizing UPS Priority (1 or 2 days).
     o  Orders that are too large or heavy for UPS will be shipped Prepaid Add utilizing
        common carrier selected by RotoMart.  Customer may request a Collect shipment on
        a specific carrier if it provides Norstar with its carrier's number.      
     o  Drop shipments will be charged $25 per location plus freight cost.
     o  International shipments (outside North America) will be shipped Prepaid Add using a
        carrier selected by Norstar or Collect if so requested by customer, providing customer
        supplies RotoMart with its carrier's number.  A third party account valid for duty
        and freight must be provided.
     o  RotoMart reserves the right to change carriers at any time and without advance notice.
5.  Out of Stock or back ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available. Contact
     RotoMart's Customer Service Department for estimated delivery times.
6.  Shipping and handling charges will be dependent on the destination, size and value of your
     order.
7.  Since the products sold by RotoMart are intended to be used in our customers’ production
     processes, RotoMart is not required to collect sales taxes on orders.
8.  Packages must be inspected before signing for the delivery. If the package is damaged in
     shipping then note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing and file a claim
     with the carrier.
