All order are considered firm and cannot be canceled unless written authorization is obtained from RotoMart’s Customer Service Department.
If you discover a problem after you have accepted delivery, please call RotoMart’s Customer Service Department at 262-375-5630. We may be able to resolve the problem without requiring you to return the item.
Product may be returned within 30 days. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns or exchanges of products, other than defective products, will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. RotoMart in its sole discretion will determine if the product in question is defective.
You must fill out a Product Return Authorization form before any exchange, credit or refund can be processed. The Product Return Authorization Return form can be obtained by calling RotoMart’s Customer Service Department at 262-375-5630 or by sending an e-mail to customerservice@rotomart.com. Refunds will be made in the same manner as the original order was paid for.
