Smartvent is in the supavent family of products and works on all the same principles. It is designed to be used where short distances between walls of molds do not allow the use of standard Supavents

Made of a high temperature Silicone, Smartvents are designed to provide very effective and repeatable venting to reduce scrap and capitalize on rotational molding's natural pressure build during the heating phase to reduce the heat cycle time and allow for more efficient curing of the plastic part. Scrap rate is reduced. Cycle time is reduced and the surface quality of plastic parts is improved. 1 3/16'' o.a. length.  Use with or without active pressurization systems. Repeatabilty. Simple to use and install. Use in line or perpendicular to draw of part. 

New venting technology that  provides for the holding of the 1/2" Supavent, permits the use of internal pressurized air, and internal air measurement all in one device.

The 3/4" (19mm) technovent is designed as a support devise used in conjunction with the 3/4" Smartvent.
